And The Support Enter In You Server I See In Ssh With The Domain
Not With Ip

Check your "UseDNS" setting in /etc/ssh/sshd_config.
One side may not have a fully qualified domain name registered as well, or you could be using different "w" versions. Mine doesn't show the FROM field by default. Sshing into my desktop, the desktop will give the name of my laptop because my laptop's IP address is in the /etc/hosts file.
