ARQ - Automatic Repeat Request stack
 

Is the Automatic Repeat Request (ARQ) function built into RTCP? I think this answer is obviously NO, since the transport itself is usually RTP / UDP ...

So I am looking for an off the shelf ARQ stack suitable for RTP streaming. Any thoughts on that would be appreciated.

It is unclear to me if the TCP ARQ functions (SACK + Selective Repeat ARQ) are good enough for a 6Mb/s RTP stream.
