aren't Wpa_supplicant and Networkmanager working together

Can Wpa_supplicnat and NetworkManager work together, this answer is no , i used to think that NetworkManager will call wpa_supplicant services when it needed, but i found out the ture is , they are depandence functions to eath other. and the other thing is you can not connect to your WIFI from any of this components, it always notified you 'PASSWORD isn't correct.' if you started both services of them .
this is what i get , you have to stop one of them, if you want to connect your WIFI Hot spot .

i get two questions,
1.which component that Networkmanager WIFI Function have to related to ?
2.i kind of like to use terminal command line to use WIFI Connection, so i try to uninstall NetworkManager, but there are too many packages that are depend on it , i can't just go the next steps and left those problems behind, any advice from you guys ?

my OS is Archlinux -64bit , update to date 2015-90-30.

I don't. I run

Code:
harry@biker:~
$ apt-cache policy wicd-gtk
wicd-gtk:
  Installed: 1.7.2.4-4.1
  Candidate: 1.7.2.4-4.1
  Version table:
 *** 1.7.2.4-4.1 0
        500 http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ jessie/main i386 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
harry@biker:~
$ apt-cache policy wpasupplicant
wpasupplicant:
  Installed: 2.3-1+deb8u1
  Candidate: 2.3-1+deb8u1
  Version table:
 *** 2.3-1+deb8u1 0
        500 http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ jessie/main i386 Packages
        500 http://security.debian.org/ jessie/updates/main i386 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
So just showing why you might have to wait on a reply a bit longer is all.

You might want to show what happens when you run Network-Manager from command line. Just saying.
