are outbound ports converged while local ports are ok ?
 

After connected to my remote server via ssh, I am using " lynx http://localhost:80 " and can able to access the web server. But in the same time, outside servers cannot access to the web server while remote ssh connection still works fine. This occurs only when the load on the server maximizes.

Where do I investigate more ? What may the reason be?
