Apache question...hopefully, simple

Morning everyone!

I have a quick question on apache. I have inherited a webserver running apache. Apache is up and running at this time with squirrelmail installed.

But, I have a questions.

It appears that apache 1.3.7 and apache 2.0 are installed onto the box. (I should mention the distro is RH 8.0)

I have a httpd.conf file in /usr/local/apache and /etc/httpd/conf

My question is, how do I know which version of apache is running on the box? Secondly, what is the easiest way to make apache 1.3.7 the version running on the box?

Thanks everyone.

Apache --->

I would rather uninstall Apache 1.3.7 and uninstall Apache v2.0 also and install Apache v2.0.44 ... locate the httpd.conf and look at the basedir ...

find / -name httpd.conf
