Hello,
Welcome to the forums! I've just moved you post to Linux-Networking, because Member Intro is not a good place to ask question. It's a place for introductions. Next time please choose the forum to post more carefully.

Apache will be included in your RedHat (of course, if you choose to install it). Default configuration file is not bad - it will work 'out of the box'. Of course, it's a good idea to check the configuration and make sure it's exactly what you want.

To start Apache, you need to be logged in as root, then run from a terminal, or just type in if you're in text mode:
service apache start

Now you should be able to connect your site. You can find more information about Apache configuration here: http://httpd.apache.org/docs/

Note that Apache configuration file (httpd.conf, to fin it run 'locate httpd.conf') is well documented, every option is described.
