Apache and WebDav download problem

I am pritty new in Linux world, may be question is simple but I have no answer. :-)
I have WebDav with Apache 2 under Fedora installed. With Dreamweaver I can read change and upload files, but I can't download. I get all time error "HTTP error 200".
I think I should set up some access rights, but where and how? In error_log I have nothing only in access_log I have "*.*.*.* - - [18/May/2004:13:21:58 +0200] "GET /develop/basecopy/internal/index.cfm HTTP/1.1" 200 9593 "-" "Dreamweaver-WebDAV-SCM1.02"
What I should to do?

Help please!!!

I installed Webdrive and it connects to the Webdav 'share' and maps it as a network drive. Once this is working , you tell Macromedia that the remote site is on drive "x" and everything works. Btw, I do have WebDav running over SSL, which is cool.
