Apache & SSL

Fedora Core 3
Apache 2.0.53

I just recently setup SSL on Apache but some reason, SSL does not grant a certificate to accept. The page eventually loads but after a long time. Also some of the images are not displayed or still loading. By typing https://ipa it goes to my router config page. Localhost is the same as http, both take forever to load.

Router Settings
Linksys Wireless G
Under Apps and Gaming

websrv 80 80 TCP 192.168.1.100 Enable

Apache
httpd.conf

Listen 80

<IfModule mod_ssl.c>
Include conf/ssl.conf
</IfModule>

SSL
ssl.conf

Listen 443

<VirtualHost _default_:443>

DocumentRoot "/usr/local/apache2/htdocs"
ServerName 11.11.1.111 (my real ipa in place of the fake one)
ServerAdmin you@example.com
ErrorLog /usr/local/apache2/logs/error_log
TransferLog /usr/local/apache2/logs/access_log

Sometimes if I tinker with the settings, instead of timing out the page will eventually show but with messed up images and no cert acceptance popup. So the question I have is did I miss something or configure something wrong? Any help will be great on this, since I really do not know a lot about SSL.

A little bit more information:
[root@localhost bin]# ./apachectl startssl
Apache/2.0.53 mod_ssl/2.0.53 (Pass Phrase Dialog)
Some of your private key files are encrypted for security reasons.
In order to read them you have to provide us with the pass phrases.

Server 11.11.1.111:443 (RSA)
Enter pass phrase:

Ok: Pass Phrase Dialog successful.
[root@localhost bin]# netstat -tpan | grep 443
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:443 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 11667/httpd
[root@localhost bin]# netstat -tpan | grep 80
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:80 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 11667/httpd
tcp 0 0 192.168.1.100:80 192.168.1.1:33964 TIME_WAIT -
tcp 0 1 192.168.1.100:33965 11.11.1.111:80 SYN_SENT 5540/firefox-bin

Thanks in Advance
Kx.

A little bit more information:
When I log on to my ipa by https I get this when establishing the rest of my cert.

You have attempted to establish a connection with "my ipa". However, the security certificate presented belongs to "WRT54G". It is possible, though unlikely, that someone may be trying to intercept your communication with the website.

If you suspect the certificate shown does not belong to "my ipa", please cancel the connection and notify the site administrator.

How come my cert is issued to my router?
