Question Active Directory Groups with Samba???

I am trying to figure out how to get my existing SMB server to use my Win2K Active Directory group memberships to allow me to keep my .conf editing to a minimum. As I have it, every directory in the samba.conf file has a huge list of names listed as "valid users." This works, but I want to be able to just have the AD group names listed as "Valid Users" and manage the group memberships in Active Directory itself. Does anyone know how to do this?
