Acer Realtek rtl8169/8110 is not detected Fedora Core 6

Hiee,
I have this problem with drivers, on a remote machine, searched on google but unable to locate driver for this.
system Installed is Fedora Core6.
Any suggestions, Link , driver location,, I can not get lsmod, dmesg at the moment as the system is beyond my physical reach.

has anyone faced driver problem with this series? any direct link to the download relative drivers.

Acer Power S285 Desktop
Network Card Realtek RTL8169/8110 Family Gigabit Ethernet NIC
Processor Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.20Ghz

-->Current Fedora Core 6 installation has problems detecting the NIC for network connectivity.



IBM System X3400 - 7975
Video ATI ES1000
Network Card Broadcom 5721 10/100/1000 Ethernet

--> Current Fedora Core 6 installation has problems with the video card driver for GUI-based log in.

Get the latest kernel for fedora 6 and then get it installed by some one who have physical access to the system. You might need to install it using some USB disk or cd/dvd.

The latest kernel might help you in getting the driver for the NIC.

Should use the r1000 kernel module.

Download the Linux driver for kernel 2.4.x and 2.6.x (support x86 and x64) r1000_v1.05.tgz package extract and follow the instructions in the README file.
