Lightbulb Accessing windows shared folders in linux

I am new to linux and am using Fedora Core 2.
I need to access shared folders on a windows computer. Can someone help me out.
I am running samba and lisa but when i try to connec to the lan, the list of computres are to only.. and not actual computers on my lan.

The smb.conf file has an interfaces parameter in the global section. Try adding your external interface to it and restarting Samba.

My interfaces line looks like this:

 interfaces = eth0
