access windows machine from linux through internet

i am a php programmer, My office machine is windows XP installed and my home pc is debian lenny installed. I have an adsl internet connection at home. How can I access the office machine from my pc through internet? (Both the office and home IP addresses are dynamic)

You can use remote desktop on both the computers.

its not working
rdesktop says "unable to connect"

You need to make sure the firewall and if needed the routers at both ends allows rdesktop.

Thank you, problem solved.The problem was from firewall.
