Lightbulb Access remote ftp server through Linux Firewall

I am able to login to login using ftp command [ ftp <Remote Ftp IP> ] from any system or using "CuteFtp" application , as the internet connecting & shared through LAN switch . But When I put the connection in Linux firewall system . client systems are unable to login normally / CuteFtp login . I make routing routing in sysctl.conf file between 2 ethernet cards.
I think I have to put some iptables NAT . But I can't get proper solution.

Why don't you just use PASV?

You need to remove filters for port 21 and the FTP data port.
A NAT might cause issues as those you're facing.

I remove all filter [ iptables -F ].Actually if I try manually ftp from my linux system . Its working. But from other XP systems its not working . I think from there FTP site not resolving .
My network senario is 1 ehernet has 192.168.0.0/24 connected to local LAN . other ethernet connected to modem.Modem has its own static ip from ISP , BUT its WAN . We have a local getway ip as 192.168.1.x/24 . If I make NAT , then how to put it.
