Access Mandrake box from Fedora Core 1 box

I have three machines. One with WinXP, one with Fedora Core 1 and the other with Mandrake 9.2. All are on the same network with the same workgroup and no domain name.

I can see both linux machines from my win machine and both can see it.

I cannot manage for the two friends to talk to each other. I am surprised that they see their enemy but not their friend

What I tried:

1. rlogin -l name myhostname -- I get unknown host
2. in Fedora Core 1, Main Menu--> NetworkServers --> myworkgroup -- I only see win machine and localhost and not the other.

What am I missing?
