A invisible bridge intercept web content

Hello !!
I have a bridge between A & B computers in a LAN,like this.
192.168.0.1 192.168.0.254 192.168.0.2
--------- ------------ -------
-- A -- ------ -- Bridge -- ----- -- B --
--------- ------------ -------
web server client

Could i intercept the all content which A communication to B,like a web page content. The bridge intercepts a web content, but don't send ACK packets back to A or B,like a invisible man. That means bridge intercept each packets from A to B invisibly and hold them, and check the content after IP packets defragment. Then decide wheather let them pass or drop them all. Please help me or give me some information. Thanks a lot.
