Poste earlier, and i still cant get scripts to run on my site.. trying to run test.pl and i get 403 FORBIDDEN.

here's some lines from my httpd.conf

First glance, I'd say it's most likely the permissions on the file.

chmod it to give it read and execute rights for all users, and see if that helps.
