I have installed V9.2 Ham Intel modem drivers
after installing the drivers on restart thats what i get

"Finding Modules Dependencies: Depmode ***Unresolved Symbols*** in /lib/modules/2.4.18-14/kernel/devices/char/ham.o
Depmode ***Unresolved Symbols*** in /lib/modules/2.4.18-14/kernel/devices/char/hamcore.o"

This means that you Kernel is not configured to use HAM radio. The module system is looking at the kernel and saying "but there is nothing to connect this driver to". To get around this you must re-build your kernel and include ham radio. This is not as hard as it sounds and there are lots of howtos out there on the web about it.
