Xcode for Linux

Is there an open source version of Xcode I can use on my RHEL 6 development workstation?

No. Xcode is by Apple, for developing iOS apps.

That said, the low-level parts of it are open-source (gcc compiler, gdb, etc.), and are available on most all Linux platforms. But the IDE, indexers, etc., are all Apple only. If you have questions about them, contact Apple, and (since you're using RHEL), Red Hat.
