WebOS

Im using a Palm Pre running WebOS Operating System.
as i know that WebOS is a Linux OS ...
I Have a problem and i cant find a solution.
WebOS cant display Arabic Fonts, it appears Blank, but when i forward SMS from WebOS to an Arabic enabled phone it shows and readabe!
also when visiting an Arabic website it showen as Blank!

i tried a trick to replace/add an Arabic Font to WebOS Fonts Folder but it dosnt work! it works for Hebrew, btw Hebrew and Arabic are RTL( Right to Left) languages, as it displayed Hebrew then it can display Arabic and that means WebOS is support Bidi as all Other Linux systems.

I think the problem is in the Fonts Configaration files on WebOS that disabled or Hide Arabic by default. i wish if someone can help me on this about how to edit and what to edit to make it display Arabic on WebOS.

WebOS has fonts.conf and fonts.dtd files that found on:
/etc/fonts/
also it has Conf.d folder that contain files with conf extension.

any help plz?
