weak network signals and low torrent speed

I am using this account because I am unable to login into my other account.

Hi my name is Rupesh and I am from India. I am using Sony ericsson live with walkman wt19i mobile.
I am using Vodafone 2g internet services. when I keep some download its working fine but when I try to download torrents sometimes they are working fine I mean if I keep torrent download and after some time I pause the download and after some time when I resume the torrent the mobile is unable to catch the signals and torrent client is showing download speed as 0kbps. At first the torrent download is working fine and after some time it stops working.

I have tried many torrent clients such as bittorrent, atorrent, ttorrent etc., but no use I mean same thing is hapenning. I have even tried network booster, signal booster even no use.
Kindly suggest the solution.

Not being able to resume a download is a symptom of Something Else just like decreasing network speed. Any wireless networking is subject to a range of causes of loss of performance including but not limited to issues with the protocol itself (see 2G, 3G or 4G), national regulations (frequency, ranges), the infrastructure (tower density, penetration, interference, etc, etc), providers (over selling, bandwidth throttling, not buying enough bandwidth, good marketing but piss poor quality of service otherwise) and more. Re-establishing your network connection may give applications a chance to resume downloads. You may expect, depending on conditions, anything for 2G up to 40kbps and 800 kbps for 3G. (Compare specs with friends / family / online fora?) While 2G means Second Generation this does not automagically mean 3G is the cure because your area may not provide any, it may be more costly and it also requires a stronger signal to maintain those higher speeds. AFAIK there aren't any "magic tricks" to speed things up.
