Trouble with rooting Droid Incredible

Hi, everyone. I own a Droid Incredible and have been trying to root it. Following a website, I used unrevoked to root, downgraded to 2.2, and used unrevoked again to re-root. However, despite being rooted, my phone remains s-on. This, and the Clockwordmod recovery doesn't work, I boot to it but it doesn't do anything when I select an option. Since it is still s-on, I can't use any custom roms, which is why I rooted. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Aha! Figured it out. I was supposed to use the default recovery on the second root.
