hi, when i plug my galaxy-s2 into my fedora laptop a window pops up asking me if i want to view the photos or navigate the files with nautilus or play the mp3 with rythmbox, ...

can you please run:
sudo tail -f /var/log/messages

press enter a few times then plug in the phone and copy-paste the output of the log here.
