Spyware/hack attempt?

Here's a text I received on my Samsung Note 2 from +14417970506

It didn't give me a photo, offered me a chance at a €500 voucher for my local (Ireland only) supermarket and I went for it because I was doing several things simultaneously, and was negligent. I think it installed something.

I went to that url in Pale Moon. So I deleted Pale Moon data, cache and uninstalled the browser. I reinstalled it, but we went through the 'nothing there' stage. I'm trying spyware & malware checkers from the Play store. Anything else worth doing?

I think I have a result.
2 Malware checkers have it as clean. Uninstalling the browser seemed to be enough. I went on the site via my laptop & Tor, which hides location. The shortyz.co link landed me on the Play Store with an app called Rechercher offering gift cards in German, I think. I only have myself to blame here, but how do I report the dodgy activity?
