It's designed to run on tablets, and it uses a standard (although older) Linux kernel, so yes, it should be possible. You'll need a device with an ARM processor, though, unless you can get the source code and recompile it for the processor you have. I'm not sure what the point would be unless you have a touchscreen, but it does work with a keyboard (the Asus Tranformer Prime, for example), and many people have installed touchscreens on netbooks.
