Recommended phone that works with Kontact / Kaddressbook?
Hello.
I'm in the market for a new phone, which i require to work - either via usb or bluetooth - with KDE3's Kontact (or at the very least Kaddressbook). I am tired of having to synchronize 2 phones and KAB by hand.
I prefer Sony-Ericson stuff generally, but right now i quite open to suggestions in terms of phone brand.
I currently use Kubuntu 8.04, with KDE 3.5.10 installed.
Cheers!

The G1 is very tightly integrated with gmail. I exported my kontacts to a cvs file, edited it in open office, which reconised that it was a cvs file and formated it for easy editing, then uploaded it to gmail. Within minutes the contacts were on my G1.
Basically if you can integrate the kde apps sufficently with gmail, then the G1 would work for you.
I don't want to side track this from the OP -- KDE tools; but is there any talk of a new model of the G1 w/ a light for the camera? Any other Android phone available now, or at least soon, that would have as good a camera (3+ Mpixel) w/ a light?
