questions re installing linuxonandroid on tablet

I am trying to install linuxonandroid (http://linuxonandroid.org/) on superpad/flytouch tablet. I have rooted (permanent root) the tablet with z4root and installed the linux-installer apk file (https://sourceforge.net/projects/lin...oid/files/App/). I have also downloaded ubuntu-lxde image file (http://sourceforge.net/projects/linu...l.zip/download).

However, I am not clear as to where should I place the ubuntu image file. Do I keep it on the sdcard or in some folder on the tablet? Also, the tablet does not have enough space but the sdcard is empty. Will ubuntu be installed on the sdcard?

Apparently, it may be possible to have a regular ubuntu installation on sdcard to be run by linuxonandroid (http://sourceforge.net/p/linuxonandr...0FAQ/#method-2).

The tablet has a usb port. Can I use a regular usb pendrive in place of sdcard?

I got the instructions right and extracted the ubuntu.img file from the zip file on usb and corrected the full pathname in androidonlinux app. Then it started but I am getting following error:
Code:
$
cd /udisk1
su
sh /data/data/com.zpwebsites.linuxonandroid.opensource/files/bootscript.sh /udisk1/ubuntu.img
$ $ # [: not found

Creating loop device... /data/data/com.zpwebsites.linuxonandroid.opensource/files/bootscript.sh /system/xbin/busybox: not found
[: not found

Error: unable to create loop device!

Can anyone suggest a solution?

Try the IRC channel or contact the dev team for linuxonandroid project. I have recently had an issue that was solved by the team on IRC channel. Hope this helps(?).
