Interfacing Samsung R810c Finesse with Linux

Hello all:
I would like to see post on successful applications interfacing Linux with this phone. (Samsung R810c) So far I have been unable to have my Fedora 10, Kernel Linux 2.6.27.41-170.2.117.fc10.i686, Gnome 2.24.3
access this phone by USB. Any suggestions? I did dmesg -c returned errors on USB like error 71 and error 110. I have not been able to access the 4GB Verbatim micro SDHC card in my USB card reader. I'm not sure if this is a BIOS issue or driver issue.
I would like to see an application that would allow us to access the phones Contacts, upload and download music files, photos etc. Thanks for your input.
