Free cloud storage with FTP/HTTP acess?

I need to be able to store some files and download them easily onto a selection of machines, preferably using wget or ftp from the command line.

Could anybody please help me out and suggest a suitable FREE(!) service for this?

I can't install agents, like dropbox etc. on the target machines, so they need unauthenticated web or FTP access.

The files are install ISOs, so could be a couple of GB, by I could split them up into smaller parts if necessary.

The college had me sign up for m$ skydrive (skydrive.live.com). The only PITA is that it keeps saying windows at you, when I'm fairly sure windows has nothing to do with it. You can set open perms on a directory. Try this link

Thanks - I have a skydrive account (35GB, I think), but I had difficulty with the characters in the download links.
