File header structure of audio in mobile
 

I am working on a project that has to read information
from the audio used in the mobile phone, 3gp, amr, etc.
I search through the internet, but couldn't find the right information. THe standard doc is so confusing and I don't know where to look. Does anyone has a file header structure for which bit/byte of the header?
