External USB modem

hi,

Am having usb external modem connecten to RHEL5 server

firstly how to find my modem drivers are installed in rhel5

secondly
back side of my modem having two ports(RJ11) one for line another for phone, i can receive calls from outside, here what i exactly want is can i keep track of incoming calls in my rhel5 box so i can monitor how many call am receiving a day.

Any haelp can be appreciatable

Need to have usb modem driver in kernel or as module.

check the output of lspci, lsmod

With some luck the modem will be automatically detected and ready to work as soon as you connect it.
