Lightbulb considering creating UI fr kids based on popular app and could use some help

Hey I'm using one of my phones (either the mytouch3g or my LG p509 - not sure of its friendly name). I want the UI loosely based on a popular kids app called "zoodles" or "kids lock" essentially it just switches what your home button does so that you kids can't mess with your text or dial number mistakenly etc.

essentially what i think i want is that app (zoodles) plus g-apps. i can't think of other specifications at the moment but i figure we can cross that bridge when we get there

So the reasoning is mostly this. I have a 4 year old daughter and ever since she has been young she has enjoyed playing on daddy and mommy's phones. now this poses three problems.
  1. due to certain software make up 911 is placed in the call box when you press the emergency button - needless to say police have been accidentally called alot
  2. we may need to use the phone or are expecting a call or what have you and the child having that may cause problems with that
  3. children tend to like playing with real and functional items and not just something that makes noise. This could become, a part of her early learning (more so than it is now anyway) because it will be designed with them in mind!

Try to download nova launcher, there are option their to hide, call and messaging apps. then to prevent it you can also use zbox app and make password for messaging and call apps.

Or use audio manager (hide it).
