Cannot install libgnokii.so.2 on fedora

hi, I tried installing gnokii and it was installed successfully. No I need to install Gnocky but it looks for its dependencies like libgnokii.so.2 and libbluetooth.so.1. I tried looking for these dependencies and how to install it but i can't find .. can someone tell me how to install these dependencies?

Thank you so much

How did you install Gnokii in the first place? It sounds like perhaps you used a pre-compiled package for a different system. For that matter, what system are we even talking about here?

Hi, I installed gnokii using yum. then I installed gnocky using i386.rpm that is when its looking for dependencies. I tried downloading and installing Gnocky 0.0.7 tar file by unTar commands. I don't know if I have already installed this using unTar but i think i was not able because i cant simply run "Gnocky"..

please help..

John, sorry for the double posting...

you do not install software with the archive manager.

you need to built the source code.

hi John, how do I use to build the source code? You mean I need to look for gnocky src? What do you exactly mean by build the source code? thank you so much for your patience. Please bear with me.
