Can't update cydia on my iphone 3gs

Hi, I'm trying to update cydia in my iphone 3gs and when I do, a box appears and said:

Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg Returned an error code (1)"

And after that another appears saying:

/var/cache/apt/archives/us.hackulo.appsync31_1.0.1_iphoneos-arm.deb trying to overwrite '/usr/libexec/installd', which is also in package com.sinfuliphone.appsync31

I tryed to restart, reboot, and power off and noting, it still doesn't update cydia and winterbord.

Oh, Funny post - you probably need to ask the tech groups for help,
cydia is officially supported in this forum hxxp://hackulo.us, good luck..
