Bootfailure on Android

Hi,

i have a Sony Xperia Z Mobile Phone and got a system update a few days ago .
After this my cell wont boot anymore. I tried on Windows "flash tool" to retrieve any data, but my phone wasnt even recognized by the computer.
Now Im on Linux and try to flash the whole Phone, but there is the same behavior.
Any suggestions for a tool to flash the cell, or even to reach it at console.
If you need further information - i will post them immediately.
(Im well aware this is an Android post, but im primary searching for a tool which can help me to solve this problem on Linux, so i hope to get any information here. )

Might help, or not.our

My Blackberry telephone chip modem broke so only SOS shows. It shows as a usb drive in Linux.

If your Sony Android is Android 4 or later. It uses MTP to mount files in linux which require it to be booted up.
It is a requirement.
