Whats the difference between a Linux.iso and a Windows.iso that Multicd finds?

Multicd will not run the Windows.iso and I have tried almost everything to find out what the difference is between them.

The quote below is from the first paragraph on the home page of multicd.

No mention of windows. If you click on the Supported distro list in the upper left, you will see some windows iso files listed, specifically windows 98, windows me and windows 7 recovery disc. So if you have any other windows, you are on your own and will have to do it manually which will likely mean loop mounting or extracting the windows iso file, then copying the contents to the usb and creating an entry for it in the boot menu whether it is isolinux or grub. You will probably also have to mark the partition on which your windows file/folders exist as the active/bootable partition which you can do with GParted. I've used this method to boot a windows installation iso file extracted to a usb with Grub2 as the bootloader.
