usb wireless mouse / keyboard does not boot always
my wireless usb mouse/keyboard (linux mint 13 cinamon ) does not always boot with the computer . It boots itself every time when I pull it out of the usb port and put it back . Do I just have to put up with this or is there something I can do to cause the machine to recognize it ....

It does this on another computer running ubuntu 12.04 too.

I think what you are saying is the usb is initializing too fast or not at the right time in some order of power/chip or such.

See if you can find out how to put a wait in the boot process maybe. Knoppix and others used to put in some "waiting for usb to settle down" sort of wait.

In some odd instance a bios entry might fix it. The enable legacy might bridge it or even remove if enabled.
