Unhappy The wireless connection doesn't accept the password

I'm working with linux mint. I have the “rt2800usb” device. At the tray I can see my wireless name of the ruter during the connection it ask me for the password and after I give the wap code it answers “bad password” . With the same devise I connect from xp and opensuse 11.3 (slowly). What can I do to fix this. Thank you!
