Stop Linux Mint From opening Banshee every time you put a Audio CD In

The Title should be self explanitory, the first time I put one in, It asked me what to do every time thereafter, I told it noting, yet banshee still opens.
How do I stop that?

Put a CD in, close Banshee after it opens. Right click on the CD icon on your desktop (or in your Desktop folder) and click on properties. Click on the "Open With" Tab and then tell it what you want.

Shouldn't be any problem.

Mint is just a tidied up Ubuntu, waiting for lightning strikes from Mint fanboys, I don't understand why removing Firefox would stop you accessing the internet as long as you still have network capabilities you should be able to access the internet to update regularly. My guess is you uninstalled more than just Firefox.

I found this thread and found another solution.

On Mint 13

From the Menu choose Settings | Settings Editor

Under the Properties autoipad and autoplay-audio-cds I see the command banshee and enabled was "checked". I "unchecked" the boxes. Now when I plug in my mp3 player or put in an audio CD banshee isn't launched.

Hope this helps...
