Looks like a temporary problem with the site. Personally I always download (and verify) iso's from the distro site itself, so you could perhaps try again tomorrow.
However, if it's really urgent, then there's this site called LinuxQuestions that has links to mirrors for Mint 17.3 64-bit iso's in all 4 main desktop environment flavours.
