My video seems choppier than usual. Audio streams fine, the video plays okay for a few seconds, then hesitates.

Load averages for last 1,5,15 are: 1.02, 0.91, 1.10

Highest % CPU usage process is gnome-system-monitor when viewing all processes. Firefox in second place usually.

Linux Mint 7
Kernel Linux 2.6.28-13-generic
Gnome 2.26.1
2 GB Memory
AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+
Available disk space: 11GB

Memory and Swap History: 926MB of 2GB (46%)
Swap 9.7MB (1.0%) of 953MB

Any other info necessary for help?
This is Flash version 10

I have had Mint on this machine before and even fullscreen was pretty smooth. Now, it's choppy even not in fullscreen, speaking in reference to Youtube videos

Flash relies only on the CPU so the high load my be an issue for it. When 10.1 is released it is supposed to use the GPU to render video, so that might help your palyback issue.

Here is the link for Flash 10.1 beta if you want to give it a try.
