According to segfault.linuxmint the "Qiana" RC will be available approximately end of May.
Patience, I guess.

Thanx%;))
I remember RCs as being a pre final release=release, has that changed to mean RC is the final release?
Some Distros either bypassed the Beta stage or renamed it RC is what comes to mind. Way back when it went Alpha,1-2-3, Beta,1-2-3 then RC then final.

RC means release candidate. They are not final, but still meant for testing. They are not production ready.

Final is supposed to be out end of May Why was I told Rc was going to be here the same time?

The Mint blog says that it should be available end of May, but not that it will be available end of May. Due to the very nature of the development process of a distro it is not unlikely that a release date will be delayed, especially if the maintainers value quality higher than releasing at a specific date.

"The RC usually comes out 3-4 weeks after Ubuntu's stable release. And then Mint stable comes out 1-2 weeks after its RC."
