KDE 5 - A littly buggy, but it does feel a little quicker than KDE 4 did. I do like the Breeze theme over the Oxygen theme.

No sure. It was included in the kdeartwork-wallpapers package.

Ah, ok. It looked like it could maybe be Miami, but I wasn't sure.

You could download the packages and extract the images from it.
