Looks like you need to configure X.
Can you run one of the command line configuration utilities?
That will allow you to do a step by step configure of X. You'll need to be root.
Or you can edit your xf86config-4 file manually
It should be at /etc/X11/Xf86config-4
I may not have the case correct. Linux commands and files are case sensitive.
You can try lowering the hsync rate, or use less color depth (bits per pixle).
Best to run xf86config as root then try to startx. If the mouse or display doesn't work, run it again with different parameters until you get X running.
Do you have, or are you chosing the corrrect display module, type, for your setup?
Configuring X can sometimes be a challenge. Keep lowering refresh rates and color depth until you get something that works. Once you get X working a little then you can make a backup copy of Xfreeconfig and try to tweek it the way you want it to be. You don't have to have a high refresh rate for a LCD. Your not going to get any flicker.
