Please remove your email address and phone number from your post. This site is made to allow people to find solutions to problems by keeping discussions on the forum. Asking people to email/call you takes away from that.
Having said that, you've given us very little information. You don't even tell us what kind of wireless hardware you have and what exactly "not working" means. Presumably, you're using Red Hat Enterprise Linux, which means that you should have paid for support, so if you need urgent assistance, call them. Also, servers don't usually use wireless, so it may be that RHEL doesn't include drivers for wireless devices..
Edit: Finally, a more descriptive thread title wouldn't go amiss, either.
