Why does my laptop mess up everytime i lock the screen?

I posted this on Ubuntu Forums first, But no luck :/

Can you take a look at this for me?:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1441613

*Correction to the UF thread:I think it also does it a couple of times if i hard reboot. But it goes away.*

One more thing i would like to add:If it's a problem with Debian>Ubuntu>Mint, Rather than Linux itself, I can switch to another Distro/Desktop Environment(If it's an issue with GNOME)

Hopefully it's just something with my Graphics card that can be fixed.

Thanks.
