Which script start panel on reboot ?

Hi All ,

I want to know which script actually start my panel application "/usr/bin/panel".
I looked into /etc/init.d/rcs.d , but couldn't found any script containing the panel executable.
I m using uubuntu , and xfce4-desktop environment.
