Hello,
I hope I'm writing this in the right section of this so useful board ! My apologies if I didn't but it seemed to most appropriate place.
I purchased a HP TC1100 and am obviously planning to install Linux on it. It's a dated but still very nice device and I think a Linux distribution would definitely help me get the best out of it. But which one ?
I'm a Ubuntu user but I would not have any trouble switching to something else if it is more adapted to this machine. Ubuntu itself has many versions that could be handy (Ubuntu MID or Netbook Remix).
What's your idea on this ?
I would also be very happy if someone could point me a website or board devoted to Linux on Tablet PC because Google wasn't a friend here : only a few lists of compatible tablets or outdated information.
Thanks !
PS : as the HP TC1100 doesn't have a CD/DVD drive, I plan to install the distribution from an USB key. Is 1GB enough ? I have to know if I have to start looking for a larger one...
