where can i get a new laptop with no os installed?

i checked the similar threads and found the novatech for 650 pounds, but it's a bit steep with shipping for no os. of course, i'll pay it if i can't find another one, i want a core i7 and at least 8 gb of ram and a 500 gb hd. i have a copy of win7 pro, but i use suse 11.4 more. i just don't want a bunch of crap on it, i really hate the stickers also. i want something brand new this time and want to set it up myself without having to erase what i'm not going to use. thanx
