what kind of data holds WM5/WM6 devices in RAM?
 

I would like to try Angstrom liveramdisk on WM5 device, but I have read few tutorials and all of them have warned, that liveramdisk clear all RAM. I understand, that it is a serious consideration under WM2003, but as far as I know WM5/WM6 devices hold no data/settings under RAM? Or do they?
