USB mouse & Touchpad

On my Dell Inspirion 600m I am trying to get my Microsoft Intellimouse 3,0 (usb) working under Slack 9.1.

Now I can use my touchpad fine, and if I run mouseconfig and select usb, the Intellimouse works fine.

The problem is, I can get them to work at the same time. I added a new mouse section to my XF86Config-4 file and tried using several different devices (/dev/usb/muse0-10, /dev/input/mouse, /dev/input/mice) but everytime I startx the USB mouse wont work. When I close X and llok at the output on the scrren, I see that it cannot find the device for Mouse1 (my USB mouse)

Anybody have a solution?

I can post my XF86Config-4 file if necessary.

I feel dumb. I got it. Heres the solution for anyone else with the problem:

This is what I have in my XF86Config-4 file:
Code:
Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Mouse0"
Driver "mouse"
Option "Protocol" "PS/2"
Option "Device" "/dev/psaux"
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
Option "Emulate3Buttons" "yes"
EndSection

Section "InputDevice"

# If the normal CorePointer mouse is not a USB mouse then
# this input device can be used in AlwaysCore mode to let you
# also use USB mice at the same time.
Identifier "DevInputMice"
Driver "mouse"
Option "Protocol" "IMPS/2"
Option "Device" "/dev/input/mice"
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
Option "Emulate3Buttons" "no"
EndSection

and at the end:

Code:
    InputDevice "Mouse0" "CorePointer"
    InputDevice "Keyboard1" "CoreKeyboard"
    InputDevice "DevInputMice" "AlwaysCore"
